[Introduction]
The kit can be used to extract genome DNA from Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. With the purification technology of silica membrane, the kit avoids the application of such toxic agents as phenol and chloroform and can eliminate RNA, impure protein, lipid and other inhibiting impurities to the maximum extent. Genome DNA extracted by the kit has a large segment, high degree of purity and stable quality and can be applied to digestion, PCR, library construction, Southern hybridization and other experiments.
