[Introduction]
The Total RNA Extraction Kit for Animal Tissue / Cell (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”) adopts a unique lysis-buffer system without the application of β-mercaptoethanol, Dithiothreitol (DTT) or other toxic reagents, which can effectively extract total RNA from various animal tissues or cells. The centrifugal spin columns adopt silica as a substrate material, which enables the centrifugal spin columns to efficiently adsorb RNA and remove impurity proteins and other organic compounds from cells. Therefore, the extracted total RNA has high yield, and sound purity, with stable and reliable quality, which can be used for various downstream experiments such as RT-PCR, Real Time RT-PCR and molecular cloning.

4. Block heater (or water bath): 37°C and 56°C
