[Introduction] This kit is used for extraction of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from serum/plasma samples. The kit uses a magnetic bead and buffer system with a unique isolation function. The surface of the magnetic bead is modified with special chemical groups, which have extremely strong enrichment ability for DNA under certain conditions and can reversibly release DNA when the conditions are changed, so as to rapidly separate and purify DNA, and to remove impurities like proteins as far as possible. The cf DNA isolated and purified by this kit can be directly used as PCR templates or for hybridization and other Molecular Biology experiments. [Contents]

[Sample Pre-processing] 1. Serum or plasma sample: it should be a Light yellow, clear liquid without solid impurities, which can be directly used for extraction. 2. Blood sample: centrifuge at 4°C, 2000g for 10 mins and transfer the plasma to a new centrifuge tube, taking care not to pipette the buffy coat. Then centrifuge the plasma at 4°C, 16,000g for 10mins and transfer the supernatant to a new centrifuge tube.
[Operating Procedure] 1. Based on the sample volume, select the centrifuge tube of appropriate specifications according to the table below and add Buffer CFL, serum or plasma, proteinase K and Carrier RNA (optional, the working concentration is 1 μg/mL, provided by the customer) in sequence, shake to mix well.
