Usage
Sample storage: It can replace the conventional 1.5mL Centrifuge Tube to store samples, and has the advantages of neat placement, space saving, and large storage capacity. NEST deep well plate can withstand the -80℃ refrigerator condition. Therefore, it`s also called storage plate.
Sample processing: It can be combined with multipass Pipettes and high-throughput automatic liquid operation instruments to achieve high-throughput operations on samples, such as protein precipitation, liquid extraction, Nucleic Acid Extraction, etc., Greatly improving the efficiency of sample processing.
Sample injection: Adapting to the automation equipment of various companies, the samples can be directly placed in the sample bin of the automatic equipment in multiples, eliminating the tedious work of placing samples multiple times.
Application directions
It can realize high-throughput automated operation, and can be used for genomic DNA extraction, plasmid DNA extraction, and nucleic acid extraction and purification experiments on various samples such as animal tissues, bacteria, plants, soil, clinical samples, and yeast, etc.
